In H.E.R’s initial pilot, “SIGNED CRYPTOGRAPHIC RECORD” denotes the intended terminal record state: H.E.R’s cryptographically bound execution record, preserved with its provenance and associated with the authorised human disposition. The pilot is the governed environment in which that record authority is developed and validated toward wider institutional deployment; technical signing authority is not represented here as already activated.

TRUTH BOUNDARY

“Evidenced dissent” means that independently generated route material and its provenance are preserved under governed custody with cryptographic integrity binding, including distinct contribution content where present. In the initial pilot, H.E.R does not infer or authenticate semantic agreement or disagreement between intelligences. Model-authored synthesis may contain relational language; such language is not authenticated by H.E.R.
