Who is responsible

HER2NI LLC (შპს ჰერ2ენაი), Identification No. 404813975, registered in Sakartvelo (Georgia) at Krtsanisi district, Nino and Ilia Nakashidze Street N 1, (former Avlev) Building N3, Apartment N3, is the controller for personal data processed through this website.

What happens when you load a page

Your browser requests HTML, CSS, self-hosted font files and image assets from this domain. The H.E.R home page also contains a small inline presentation script for scroll-aware navigation; because it is part of the HTML, it causes no additional network request. The script sends no data and stores nothing on your device.

This site is published as static files through GitHub Pages, operated by GitHub, Inc. (United States). Like any web host, GitHub's servers process the technical information every web request necessarily contains — your IP address, the page requested, the time, your user agent — in order to deliver the page and to protect the service from abuse. HER2NI does not receive, request or retain those server logs, and does not use them for analytics.

That processing is a transfer of technical data to the United States. It is the only routine processing this website causes.

Cookies and local storage

None. This site sets no cookies of any kind — not necessary, not functional, not analytical, not advertising — and writes nothing to local storage or session storage. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Links that leave this site

The claim above is about page load. If you deliberately follow a link, you go to that operator's service and their terms and privacy practices apply, not ours. Those links are:

• Zenodo (CERN, Switzerland) — the research record DOIs.
• GitHub — the HER2NI repositories.
• her2.ai — the separate consumer H.E.R surface.
• Email links — these open your own mail client; nothing is sent by the website itself.

No such request is made unless you click.

If you contact us

If you write to her@her2ni.ai we hold your message and address for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to keep a record of institutional correspondence, and no longer. We do not add you to a mailing list, and there isn't one. We do not sell, rent or share correspondence with third parties.

Your rights

Under the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection you may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted or its processing restricted, and receive a copy. Write to her@her2ni.ai and we will respond within the period the law allows.

If you believe we have handled your data improperly you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.

H.E.R the system, and this website

This page covers this website only. H.E.R itself — the multi-route analysis architecture described on the home page — is not operated through this site, and no analysis, prompt or document you may send in the course of a pilot is processed by anything described here. Any evaluation or pilot engagement is governed by its own written terms and its own data-protection arrangements, agreed with the institution concerned before any data is handled.

Changes

If this page changes, the effective date above changes with it. Because the site is published from a public repository, every revision to this page is visible in its commit history.
